It may seem strange to you, but many of the verses used by "Who Will Be Drawn?" support the need to evangelize the world rather than support other thoughts. The key is that unless we spread the Good News, how will those who are to be drawn to Christ, learn about Him and the Glory of Salvation/Sanctification?

While archshrk may disagree with me on the matter of who is called, I still insist that as many as who would hear the word in their hearts are called. It is up to us to be the eyes, ears, hand and VOICE of Christ so that they may understand and listen to God calling them.

I could have added fifteen more scriptures to my post but it would only confirm what I had already written and not added to it.

I know this is one area we apparently disagree but I suspect it has more to do with our use of language (how we say it) than actual disagreement. Now we do disagree to some extent, I just don't think it's as far apart as it seems sometimes.

That said, I read an interesting post recently that highlights some of my favorite scripture on the subject. Who Will Be Drawn? discusses whether it's an open invitation or not. I'd encourage you do participate in the discussion there.
