This is the day that the LORD has made, let us be glad and rejoice in it! These words are sung the world over as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. We who profess Christ share in the belief that because Jesus was and is the same as the Father, God creator, that He by His own power raised Himself from the dead and that He will come again and raise us from the grave,
Christ died for our sins and arose from the dead so that we should know that He has the power over life and death. That by His Grace and Mercy, we who follow Him and keep His commandments shall have life everlasting. Although our bodies may perish, we will be restored with perfected bodies for all eternity and we shall reside with Christ in the heaven, blessing and praising God forever and ever.
Rejoice in the pleasure of God, the Almighty that He should care for us. Amen
